We continue to offer phone and online counselling options, with medicare and private health rebates available.

It is hard not to get affected by the fast-changing circumstances of our world today. Many are struggling with uncertainty, anxiety and fear about their future, and that is completely normal in times like this.

If this is you, and you’re struggling with the anxiety, and uncertainties of this time, then please reach out. We are here to support you in the best way possible for you – whether that is face-to-face, over the phone, via Skype/Zoom or perhaps it’s one of our online Impulsivity courses.

We have been providing online and phone counselling support for years, and have seen great results with clients in the past.

Deciding whether online, over the phone, or face-to-face is for you.

Online counselling is a great, convenient, cost-effective option where you still get the benefits of a counselling session when attending in person is not possible. We’re available four days a week, we are flexible with hour trading hours for online and phone counselling. Get help for managing your anxiety, anger management and couples counselling.

However, we understand many people do prefer interactions in person. We’re still offering face to face sessions, but please be aware of the real risk to all during these times, and we will be ensuring extra care is taken to ensure the safety of all of our clients. We ask if you feel unwell at all, that you do not come in and see us. We will continue to listen to Government advice and moderate where necessary.

Worried about the cost?

Medicare and private health fund rebates are available for online and phone counselling, however, if you are going through financial difficulties during this time please speak to us to discuss your options and how we can help.

Who is eligible for the government rebates?

Literally everyone is, reach out to us today for more information. Additionally, you can learn more about our government assistance by clicking here.

Online courses to complete in your own time.

We also have a range of online courses you can do from the comfort of your own home to help regain control of impulsive behaviours and habits such as anger management, binge drinking, binge eating, procrastination or self-control.

Isolating as a couple and worried it could do more harm than good?

This can be a particularly tricky time for couples, especially if there is already unresolved damage or conflicts. Our online ‘relationship rebuilding’ course specifically designed for couples, helps to rebuild and repair any damage in the relationship.
