Celebrate Mental Health Month
Every October the Mental Health Association of NSW celebrates Mental Health Month NSW. Throughout the state, a range of activities will help raise awareness about mental health issues and offer support to people affected by mental health illness. You might be familiar with the association’s initiative “Stress Less” – every year it produces postcards with tips on how to stress less and improve your mental health and wellbeing.
So join in this month-long celebration and choose a new strategy to reduce stress in your life! If you find that something works well for you then share your knowledge with others… Good Mental Health Sydney!
