When an appointment is scheduled, that time is dedicated to you and your therapy. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. In this instance, we kindly ask for you to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, so that we can schedule another client in your place.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given (72 hours for Monday appointments), we will still make every attempt to reschedule you at a more convenient time, but you will be charged for the cancellation if we are unable to fill your appointment slot. All cancellations without providing 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance at the time scheduled for your appointment will attract a $230.00 cancellation fee. Please note that you cannot claim the Medicare rebate for a missed session.
